Ford Focus Paint Correction and Interior Deep Clean
One from the archives. We all love our first car. And this one was no different for this owner. This car in Wakefield received:
A two-stage paint correction to the paintwork
Stone-chip correction
Mould killed and removed
Interior detail
Engine bay detail
The interior of this Ford had been incorrectly wet vacuumed previously and water that had been left in the carpets had then created mould throughout the car. So, not only did the new owner want this dealing with but also had their engine bay detailed, the paintwork polished and then sealed for 12 months.
Mould removal from cars is a scientific processs and, if not done correctly, will return. Every surface of the interior is seen to in meticulous detail because we want you to be safely driving around in your car. We use enzymic cleaners that kill the mould. We then use a process with as little water as possible to give your car the best chance of stopping the mould returning.
The years of wash marring was removed the paintwork, restoring a high gloss finish. The paintwork was then protected using a 12-month protecting sealant; chemically resistant, hydrophobic and UV protecting.
Now, we can help with everything visual. But, we can’t stop a head gasket blowing. And that’s what unfortunately happened a few months after this service was completed! We’re devastated for our client but are glad they’re now back on the road in what is now their second car.
